WHO IS JOMAT?

Jomat offers products and services to organisations. We deliver workshops, courses, and global executive one on one productivity consulting, on a macro and micro level. We are certain that we can make a difference, that is inspiring (long-term continuum) rather than motivating (short-term symptomatic), via our models and teaching. We pride ourselves on producing excellent results and increasing productivity with an ‘attitude of gratitude’, inside the workplace and ALL other areas of life. It is with this attitude that you will discover that you are most inspired, creative, present and enthusiastic. We make it our business to unlock this behaviour. We look at systems, symbols, behaviour and language towards maximizing an individual or organisations’ potential.

MORE ABOUT JOMAT

JOMAT is a female owned company that provides global educational services to organisations, communities, businesses and individuals.  The founding members believe firmly in education through a combination of experiential work and coursework, to produce maximal potential.

Our business is about maximising productivity in all areas of life.  We believe human interaction is governed by behaviour and emotions. We use specific methods and tools in our teachings through workshops, talks, and programs geared towards assisting individuals and groups, shift perceptions. Through shifting perceptions and awakening to the full picture of an event via the balancing of emotional charges, there will be increased awareness, greater certainty around decisions and exponential growth of the environment in which they operate.

We combine years of various skill sets; studies in science, health and human movement, property, human behaviour, education, and travel to over 40 countries. We are able to transfer our core learning’s into an integrated approach, on a micro through to macro level.  This delivery is via T-3, ‘Teach the Teacher’ through workshops, courses, products, tools, and individual productivity consulting.

We pride ourselves on producing excellent results and increasing productivity through an attitude of gratitude.  It is with this attitude that you will discover that you are most inspired, creative, present and enthusiastic. We make it our business to unlock this in your environment.

We consider the most important elements to allow individuals and organisations to grow exponentially.  These elements include Systems, Symbols, Platforms and Models.  The purpose of these elements allows duplication, organisation, repetition, calls to action, and multiplication.  By asking quality questions we inspire thought leaders to devise solutions and answers to growing themselves and their ecosystem they serve, exponentially.  This also paves the way for the empowerment of communities on an individual and holistic level.

JOMAT continually develops new models and applies the most suitable existing model when teaching to allow individuals and organisations maximise their growth potential.  We believe attention to detail in project planning followed by simplicity in teaching methods, via models, will result in successful implementation of ideas, into a reality.

JOMAT firmly believe adapting to change is crucial in our fast moving world.  The only way to change effectively and efficiently is to know and understand what is most important to those that are influenced by that change.  We mobilise individuals and communities by identifying what is truly important to them. We identify this through a series of quality questions and focused investigation.  When we know what is truly important to an individual and community, communication flows through this understanding allowing adaptation via a linking process, instantaneously.  Organisations can be transparent and communicate realistic expectations through a pre-education and engagement process. Each stakeholder feels valued and becomes your custodian.

Creating sustainable environments through education drives us.  JOMAT believe firmly in basic levels of education via 3 core skills of reading, writing, and statistical analysis.  This promotes creative thinking of the individual as well as the ability to express this in a translated form.  Focused thinking allows problems to be solved.  Our success can be measured on the timely execution and completion of projects, but more importantly on the behavioural changes of the end user of products or services, whom may now take accountability; having a sense of control, clarity and purpose on what happens in their own environment.
