Who Am I?
A philosophical question that has been asked throughout time. We are answering this question with the, I AM, WHO, series I, II, & III, questionnaires. A series of questions that peels back our imagined layers of who we are to truly identify what is currently most important to us. We as individuals understand that each and every person is unique in this world, not by personality but rather by the hierarchal order of that which they deem MOST important in their life. The drive is from a personal level to know WHO I AM, then DECLARE WHO I AM, and finally to live and love WHO I AM – this is known as Self Worth. This means I am living according to what is most important to me in my life. This gives me the capability to maximally create for the purpose I am here for.
- Whatever is important to you, you will demonstrate no matter what influences are in your life.
- Therefore, whatever is important to you will affect how you view and filter your world.
- Your purpose is linked to who you are.
- Your ability to communicate with others is linked to who you are.
- Your ability to handle challenges and supportive events or people is linked to who you are.
- Your I AM WHO, is neither wrong nor right and no greater or lesser than others.
- Your I AM WHO, will dictate your destiny.
- Your I AM, shows you where you have fulfillment.
- Your I AM, is where your wealth is.
- Your I AM, demonstrates your talent.
Recognizing your highest priorities, highest I AM’s, or highest values, will allow you to begin to access the leader within you. Whatever is HIGHEST on your I AM’s, or MOST important to you allows you to immediately take action because you are being ‘true to yourself’ and you are listening to your inner voice and taking action. No one must motivate you, you require no outside influence, this is known as inspiration, INSPIR – AT – ION. You ACT. Now that you know who you are and what is most important to you right now in your life, you may start to realize this is what makes us unique in the world. Our highest potential is where we hold our highest priority. This is where we start to be able to unleash our potential. Everybody is magnificent but not everybody recognizes or sees where they are magnificent. They will compare themselves to others. They subordinate to someone else;; they live in the shadows of others, instead of standing on the shoulders of giants. Albert Einstein said, ‘my contempt for authority, made me one’. Once you see you have nothing missing and once you value you, the world values you. Once you invest in you, the world invests in you. People want to be valued for WHO they are. They want to be appreciated for who they are. Step Five: Complete the Exercise below Write down the initials of a colleague, friend or family member that you know, that you may be currently expecting things of or have a difficult relationship with. Based on the I AM Questions, think and write down what you perceive is most important to them below. Now determine if you are communicating inside what is MOST IMPORTANT to that person?
